LETTING GO INTO MYSTERY THROUGH MEDITATION AND MUSIC

Don has led hundreds of meditation workshops in diverse contexts: secular, interfaith, shamanic, Christian. Current creative edge: exploring meditation&music with fellow seniors.

We will meditate together, using our exhalations to let go of whatever in our consciousness grabs our attention, and sink down towards our own inner mystery, a place or state of emptiness and wordless clarity. Then we will listen to some excerpts of classical music that people composed and played from their inner mystery.
Some seniors already experience such serene acceptance, simply through wise living. What is this practical mysticism?
